Legal Question in Personal Injury in United Kingdom

Hi I got married last year in july and still not received my photos the lady that was doin them has not contacted us or even phoned I contacted her and she said that she split up from her Partner that why the photos haven't been dne av asked and asked when she is going to do them but no reply where do I stand with this she has been paid and she says that her lawyer sent me a letter in decmber but a didn't receive any letter what can o do abut this
