what is my obligation for child support after the age of 18 but not graduated from high school in the state of Utah

A custodial parent is entitled to child support for the child until the child graduates from high school or is age 18. If the child is 18 and still in school child support continues to graduation with the class in which the child has been enrolled graduates. If the child is 17 at graduation, child support continues to age 18.
