Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

my mother deeded myself and three siblings equal shares in her house. My siblings have put the house up for sale, my question can i request they buy me out before the sale. I had previously tried to buy the house, they wanted more than what i could barrow. They also kept $10000. of my inheritance telling me that is was to be used for the house upkeep and taxes. I have not recieved an accounting of what the money is being used for. What can i do to get out of this situation.

You can request an accounting from the Personal Representative if probate has been filed. If your mother's house was in a trust, you can ask the trustee. The Personal Representative or trustee should make an accounting at least once a year.
