Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

My uncles are the Executive of my dads Trust in the trust it say anything with a title or dead must be sold and split between his 4 kids. My dad has a big gun collection that my uncle say they are selling me and the rest of his kids would like the gun. Do we have any legal right to tell them they cant sell them? Also what right do we have as the beneficiary??

Your uncles as the new trustees must follow the terms of the trust. As beneficiaries you may request that instead of selling the guns that they be divided among the heirs. Your uncles may distribute the guns, but they can probably also sell them. You would need a lawyer to read the truste to make sure.
