Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia

I am lease my property and the tenate is not pay there rent under my chapter 13

as of this year I am in a chapter 13 for 5 years and doing the time when I filed the trustee knew that I had a lease on my house and yes it is being renting out. Now the tenate know that the lease is up in April 2001 and they have not pay there rent for the month of February what do I do in this case? What are my rights under the chapter 13? can I file a 3 to 6 month extension? is thi on my mortgage? or the chapter 13?

It is not clear what the issue is here, but I will guess that because of the lack of rent, you are unable to make your plan payments. Your lawyer should be able to help. You may be entitled to a plan modification to reduce your payments from when the rent stopped, or to obtain a hardship discharge. See your lawyer immediately.
