Is it legal to have real murder videos on ones website, like terrible videos of true death. Can one sue a website for adding videos like this?

Likely yes and likely no. The crime would still be murder and prosecutable, but I am not sure what liability someone shooting or posting the video would have, unless as an accomplice to the murder. And also not sure what you would hope to gain by suing or what theory of liability you would have. Intentional infliction of distress? Good luck.

Out of morbid curiosity (little Halloween humor for you), what web sites show "real murder" and "terrible videos of true death" and what are these exactly? I take it they are especially good with popcorn and coke.
