Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I am on disability and made an agreement to pay on a collection account. I was paying the agreed upon amount and all of a sudden received a Warrant in Debt, and now have a Judgment. I have since refused to pay. Is there a law or legal way of disputing this situation and getting the debt or collections account taken away?

No, your opportunity to dispute this creditor's claim was when the

matter was in court which resulted in this judgment against you and which you

apparently then failed to appeal within the alloted timeframe.
