i was pulled over for a traffic violation, but when i stopped my vehicle the officer ran to my window and forced me to the ground hancuffed me and was extremly aggressive , he then searched me and fond my legal handgun, once that was over he administered the bac test which i blew 000, he then gave me the alohabet test which i also passed, he stated that he could clearly tell i waasn't intoxicated but he wanted to be sure so he threw me in his squad car and drove me to a local hospittal to get my blood drawn, after that was over he dove me to the station, the officer never took my license but charged me with a dwi and a conceled weapons charge. I strongly feel that my civil rights have been violated, i never received a ticket or any paper work stating my bac. Any thoughts on how i should pursue this matter
