Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

My sister married her husband and applied for his green card. He still has conditional green card but they are getting a divorce because of his ill treatment towards her and his families. Can my sister report that and where and can his green card be taken away. As soon as his green card came his attitude towards her changed. Please help.

As long as the marriage was bona fide at the time, the fact that he may be treating her poorly is not legal grounds for USCIS to revoke his greencard. (With the exception of a domestic violence or other criminal conviction).

Fraud can be reported to USCIS, however, it is highly unlikely that it will be investigated under these circumstances.

When he files to remove the condition on his greencard, USCIS will then make a determination as to whether or not they want to grant him Permanent Residency, based on the marriage.
