Hi, My name is Dash, i am 29. I had worked for one restaurant for one and half month and they paid my salary very late, but they didn't pay my tip that i earned. it's been 2 month i have been asking my tip. what should i do to get my all tips? i really need that money, which is not that small. please give me advice.

You could sue this restaurant in small claims court for what you claim

it still owes you in tips, but if you do, you had better be able to provide

the judge with credible proof of your claim.
