Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
Me and three other employees failed a drugtest last year and we have been the only ones tested since. There are over 40 people who work where we do and none of them has been tested, only us three. There have been 2 tests since the first one and we are continually singled out. We have all been clean every time since the first one. What Iim wondering is if this is considred discrimination?

Why, of course, it's discrimination by your employer but not the kind that
employees such as you three (or is it four?) could successfully sue for and recover damages (in my opinion).
