deviding debts
can i ask my ex wife if she can call her credit cards holders to devide what we owe to 50 percent and send it to us individually?

Sure, she can authorize the bill to be sent to Katmandu if she wants. If she says 'no,' and it becomes a major problem for performing your payment obligation, petition the Court where you got the Order.
But it is your job to determine what is 50% of what is owed (see my other post to you).
