Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
what if someone was arrested for "Assault 4 DV" while visiting the US and get cleared of all charges and returns to his native country.A few weeks later he receives a summons to appear in court for an "arraignment". What does this person have to do from Korea? He spent a few nights in jail for joking around and slightly kicking his wife's rearend. He posted bail and went to court and the charge was dropped and bail was exhonerated.
