Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

Executor of the Will

Can there be two Executor's of a will? There are only two siblings in my family and we were wondering if it is possible to have two people instead of one be in control of the movement of the will.

Re: Executor of the Will

It is unclear from your question whether someone is drafting a will or whether someone has passed away and the will is now in probate.

The decedent nominates who he/she wants to serve as executor in his/her will and can also nominate co-executors to serve together.
