Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

My grandmother who recently passed away had a living trust created. I just discovered that my name was crossed off and my second cousin who was her legal guardian when she was deemed incompetent, executor and co beneficiary is now sole beneficiary. I only question because it was a change made by hand and while have not been allowed to see the original document - I cannot see where it was witnessed or notorized. The attorney that drew up the original document states I must work with my cousin if I have questions. I do not know what to do.
