Child support laws that are in devorce decree

Am I required by law to pay child support or past child support if the devorce decree state that I am not required to.

Not if the decree specifically waives all support, and no further order changes that ruling, but I seriously doubt that many judges would waive any and all child support. You probably need to have an attorney review your decree closely. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com .
