Hello Experts ... My 13B Divorce Date is Next Month, Where My wife is Seeking Divorce From Me. Im a Christian But We Have Filled The Petion Under Hindhu Marriage Act where Im Stating That Im Hindhu, Coz We Couldnt Go For Special Marriage Act For 13B As We didint Have Marriage Certificate, An I was Married Under Hindhu Tradional. So I Agreed An We Went For HM Act.. Now When Can I Get Married Again, An If I Get Marry In Sub- Register Office, Where I Should Produce My Divorce Papers, Can I Go For Special Marriage Act Teling Tht Im Christian an The Girl Is My Sister In Law Shes Hindhu.. Or Will I Be Questioned By The The Divorce Papers Which Says Im Hindhu. Or Should I go For Hindhu Marriage Act in Sub- Register Office For My Second Marriage. By Legal What Should I do. I cant CAncel The Hm Act Now.. As I have agreed That im Hindhu An Signed The 1st Petion.. An The Girl Im Geting Married Is My Sister In Law.. I dont Have Any Issues On Religion, I Can Say Im Hindhu Or Christian, Pls Sugest Me What Should I do?
