Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir, meri ex wife nay mugh si through court khula li , os k baad os nay child custody ka case kia, os nay pher khud judge k samny keh dia k mughe koi eitraz nahi bachay baap k pas rahin ,but mughe court main milwa diya kary. i also accepted and petition disposed ho gai.
ab almost aftar 1 year k baad ab pher vo bachoun ko lena chahti hai and os nay shadi bhi kr li hai, kia os ko haq banta hai ab pher case karny ka ya bachoun ko apni custody main lenay ka ?????
