Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
Our parent passed a few months back and now the executor of the will has set the estate for auction, does the family who rightfully owns the estate 5 ways have right of access prior to the auction date legally?

An attorney will need more facts that this to give you some realistic answer. What does the Will provide? Are you a minor? Is it an Administration rather than a probate of a will and if so, who is the administrator? You show a Clearwater zip code- is that where you live? Why were you not appointed as Executor? How large is the estate? Those are some questions that need answers.
