Discrimination against Religion at Workplace
Yes thanks for your time. I keep getting harassed at work because of the fact that my boss is Scientoligist and im a Christian. She tells me all the time that the job runs on the religion and if im not comfterable with it then i should not work here. I dont think this is legal? She always talks about her Religion too like she is trying to get me to change to make her happy. Is this Legal???

Depends upon the situation. For instance, if you are a Catholic Nun's assistant, you just MIGHT want to find another job if the Catholic religion does not make you feel comfortable.

You have a tough situation here. Your boss may be creating what is known as a hostile work place. Obviously, age, gender and race are the big dicrimination areas. However, if she makes your life intollerable by trying to force you to convert to her religion, she may be opening herself up for problems.

Clearly all first amendment rights, speech, press and religion, are interests protectable from creation of hostile workplace.
