Legal Question in DUI Law in California

BAC of .06

Hello,

I was arrested on DUI charges in March. I took the FST and didn�t do well. I was extremely nervous subsequently I decided on Blood test which came out to be .06. I was arrested when I was parked on the freeway shoulder after blowing my transmission and it was not operable. I was parked safely with the hazard lights on. Anyway, I did schedule my DMV hearing. I�m thinking about hiring a lawyer if there�s a good chance of getting the charges dismissed and keeping my license. I don�t mind paying if there�s a fair chance of good outcome. Thanks in advance.

You won't find the answer to you question on the internet. You need to get a copy of the police report and then consult with an attorney. Based on the limited facts that you provided you should have a fair chance of a good outcome.
