wet and Wreckless

I have a commercial license, how does a WW affect my rights to driving a commercial vehicle?

A wet wreckless will have largely the same effect as a DUI. It is still 'priorable' meaning that if you are arrested again for DUI, the wet wreckless will count as a prior DUI. It will still impact insurance rates the same and there is much more at stake with a commercial license.

Ask your insurance carrier and your company; it's their policies that determine your answer. They are going to find out on the next periodic record check anyway.
