Legal Question in Family Law in California
I’m listed as a partner on my husband and my business. My husband won’t let me have any access to our bank accounts. He says it’s his money. We are in Calif. I told him it’s community property and it’s both of our money. I don’t know what to do?

You are absolutely right from a legal standpoint. Unfortunately the only legal recourse you have is through divorce court. That is the only court process available to force a spouse to disclose all financial information and share money and assets.
