Legal Question in Employment Law in California

If I work for a catholic organization as an employee can they fire me if I don't attend church services.. We only have 10 employees.

churches and religious organizations are exempt from 'discrimination' laws, leaving you an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason, with or without ‘cause’, explanation or notice
