wrongful termination

i filed a grievance with my union that i was not fired for just and sufficent cause pursuant to our contract that i did not recive a written termination notice purscant to our contract if i do not win the grievance but their a chance i will can i file a law suit against the person who terminated me from my employment and or the company, if so what steps do i take and what type of lawsuit and i will use an attorney to do this in my area.

You don't get a lawsuit. You gave up your right to sue when you went to work under the CBA.
