Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
There was a case where my old manager got fired due to company saying me and him co conspired ti commit fraud against the company, he sued due to wrongful termination and won but my question is do I have a case for character defamation? They used me as a reason to get him fired but we did not commit fraud

You never have a case unless you suffered some measurable harm. He obviously was harmed by the false accusation by being fired. If you didnt' have any adverse consequences of the false accusations you have no case.
