Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

adding injuries to claim workmans comp

I have an accepted claim going to trial soon but only my lateral epicondylitis is being considered. I have been complaining from the 1st MD appt of my hands going numb. I also was hosp 8days w/sepsis and now 6wks with osteomylitis. How can I make them pay for all of my injuries when their MD mentioned them but nothing else?

If you are heading to trial, that means that your discovery had probably been cut off. . You should contact an applicant's attorney in your area to discuss your case as soon as possible. I'm in the Encino area in case you are local.
