Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

While I'm stop ping on red light the car hit me from my back and when I get off from my car to see my car went bacK ward and hit the car.
Sothe lady tried to say we're even so I called a cop. When they came they want me to take DUI test. After I did some of them like walking on line and breazlizer test, they still want me to take a blood test so I refused and I still get charge for DUI.
NOW I WAS FIGHTING MY CASE WITH LAWYER BUT 2 DAYS BEFORE MY COURT HE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME TO TAKE A DEAL FOR RECKLESS DRIVER 8 POINT WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You should set an appointment with your attorney and go over the offer, as well as the risks and potential rewards of rejecting the offer.

But it is pretty rare to get a non alcohol-related offer on a DUI.
