Paper signed byy DaD & Lawyer

My father had a lawyer write upa short note on who the property at Trujillo Creek go to and my dad's wishes tht it woul go to the youngest grandson to carry out the family name. Henever wants this land to be sold. My dad passed after this paperwas written. He send it to all 11 children. Now enters my brother and lawyer stating this paper is null & void since my dad did not have a will and is considerd one more asset to my mother. Please Advise

Morning,

You need to contact an estate/probate attorney. What you father wrote may not be a valid will. It may, however, be a holographic will if it was hand-written. There is no way to know for sure without more facts and review of this documents. The brother can certainly contest the matter.

I advise you to get counsel.
