civil case

I own aboout $5000 to well fargo;

i used to make regular payment untill last year. now i am out of work. The city Group is suing me for not making any payment for the past six month. In the court paper they said they seize all my asset which is my house that i manage to keep making regular of the unemployment money. Now i am very scare to loose my house. i wonder if they can take my house force to foreclosure.

Mike,

Assuming your house is your homestead, they can't take it from you. However, they can put a lien on the house, and the lien would get paid off when the home was sold.
