Violation of Probation

If you violate your probation....such as leaving the state where you are on probation. But you return to the state where your probation is and hire a lawyer and turn yourself in to the courts and the courts let you bond out. How is it in Florida that the probation officer keeps bringing you up on violation of probation for the same charges 4 even 5 times? When you haven't violated your probation since you return to the state and turned yourself in.

The violation of probation COMPLAINT is- FTA-VOP-FELONY DWLSR and also ADVISORY-VOP/COCAINE;UNAUTH/DL;DWLSR;P/PAR.

Now the individual is in jail. What course of action does this person need to take? They have set a court date.
