Child Support Order Change

Can I petition courts to amend existing child support order for my minor child, resding in Florida that was executed in Georgia; can order be changed to have support taken directly from non-custodial father's military pension before his discharge from military?

Father's legal state of residence is Florida, currently resides in Washington State
