Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

mom with joint custody wants to move out of state with my children.

My ex-husband & I have joint custody of our children, with me having primary physical. He provides no child support, and neither of us have jobs that provide health insurance. I have been offered a great job out of state. The job provides health, dental, optical, and perscription insurance, and pays really well. How do I go about moving out of state with my children?

The court's judgment must be modified. You will need to seek a court hearing. Good luck.
