Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was supposed to leave Florida for Iowa today. I was going to take my daughter there for week to see family. my wife recently left the house to stay with a friend, saying she was unhappy. when i went to leave on our trip my wife decided she didn't want my daughter to go with me and called the police. They left my daughter with me and sent my wife back to her friends, but they said if they get called again that CPS will have to get involved. what rights do I have and can I just leave with my daughter. We are both on the birth certificate.

You have the right to take your daughter on a temporary trip out of state. There is no reason--based on what you've said--for CPS to be involved. Have a safe trip.
