Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

confidentiality

my 11 year old son was told to complete a 12 page questionaire at school (this was not an optional assignment and had to be completed in one class period) regarding drug and alcohol use and school safety issues such a bullying, weapons etc. he was told this was annonymous and confidential. Yet the students were required to put there names on the answer sheets. Clearly they lied about the anonimity I certainly cant believe them with regard to confidentiality.

What laws, if any were violated?

What are my rights?

Re: confidentiality

You or your attorney should contact the school and find out under what authority this questionaire was submitted. Ask for a copy of the regulation. If you do not obtain a satisfactory answer and are upset request in writing that the document be returned.
