Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

may a convicted felon indicted and served prison time for false testimony under oath to the Federal govt and obstruction of justice, answer under Oath in a civil proceeding as to Interrogs and Request to Produce?

A Fla corp designated a convicted felon to respond to interrogs under oath in a civil action against the corp for wrongful death.

May this respondent be disqualified?

Thank you
