renter has foreclose

I am renting and current on all rent. I have a contract good thru Dec. 2007. The landlord just told me I have 20 days to move because he is loosing the house to the bank along with several other places. Is this legal? If not what is the next step for me!

No. The bank would have to serve you with legal notice.
