my sister lives in P Rico her husband been death for 10 years ,he left a will with everything to her land and house to her and his girls can she make another will

Seek guidance from an estate planning attorney. Whatever assets your sister now has can be covered in her will. If the children are included in the original will was a guardianship set up for each of them? Many more questions than answers. Seek the legal help.
