Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

workmans comp.
I was injured on the job a year ago. It caused nerve damage in my left arm and right side of my left hand. I have been going to a neurologist for about 11 months. he told me this is all the treatment he can do. i would have numbness and damage to my left arm for the duration of my life. I am 56 years old worked construction most of my life. should I suit the company. I will never be able to do the work I--name removed--been accoustom to.
