Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was charged with a felony crime of robbery by intimidation back 50yrs ago never had been in trouble and was sent to prison for 5yr sentence and did 1yr and had 4yrs probation I was only 16or 17 should this have really been legal for them to do ?
