Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

5 yr old left on school bus

My 5 yr old was left sleeping on his school bus for 2 hours. Someone walking by found him and brought him into school The school never notifed me and told his teacher nit to mention it to me. Please advise.

I don't understand -- why are you asking on a legal forum? This is something to address to the school, then perhaps to the school board. I am not sure what you would expect from legal action. It appears it was a mistake, no harm done apparently, and over. Certainly, it needs to be addressed so it doesn't happen again with other kids.
