Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
I received 2nd degree facial burns from a paid service I received and signed a wavier before the service was administered that I could receive minor burns. I do not consider 2nd degree burns minor. Is there a reasonable expectation that consumers have of services rendered that would nullify the waiver?
