can the cosigner take my car away from me she refuses to give it back to me i have had the car since 2008 and only owe 2300 left she has only made 3 car paments and will not give me the car back even though i have offered to give her the money for the car payments that she has made

This is not a civil rights question. In any event, your answer would depend on whether the co-signer was also a co-owner.
