When the child is born, you can establish paternity rights in court and get to see the child. If her parents will not allow you at their house, the visitaiton will have to take place elsewhere. As long as she lives in their home, they cannot be forced to allow you to visit. She can move out at that age, also. If you appear at their home without their permission, they can have you arrested.
