Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

no payment for almost a year

My ex has custody of my daughter and was ordered to pay costs and was found in contempt abotu a year ago from not letting me take my daughter for a court scheduled visitation. I drove to virginia from indiana and didnt get to bring her back as ordered by the court. She was orderd to pay me the attorney fees and the costs incurred in going out there but I have yet to see on dime. I pay my support every single week yet it seems she doesnt have to pay me? doesnt seem right. She was found in contempt and ordered to pay and a 90 day sentence was suspended. should I file with the clerk another contempt? small claims? what would be the best route for something like this.
