Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

i was 2 years old and i got burned real bad on my chest and the worst kind of burn u can get on my chest and fingers.it was a miracle i lived. but what i was wanting to know is i am a woman and now i am 36 years old and having severe problems with this i was wondering after all this time later can i charge this person with catching me on fire?thank you for reading this. loretta morgan

Possibly, depending on their intent, the statute may not have run. Go talk to the Commonwealth's Attorney about criminal charges. However, the statute has run in seeking civil recourse.
