What's the best way to go about getting my daughter from her father asap? My daughter's stepmom called me recently to tell me she found blood n semen in my daughter's underwear. I told them multiple times that I wanted them to bring my child to me to talk to her and get help if needed and they refused. Now they got me and my family blocked so no one can contact any of them. How can I get my daughter from them asap before anything happens to my child. I'm staying in Lafayette La and the father in Breaux Bridge La. None of us have any legal custody of the child but my daughter along with her brother been staying with the father for a lil over a yr. He's back with me but not her

If there is blood & semen in her underwear, call the Sheriff of the Parish where the father is living with her. There is no good reason for there to be semen in a little girl's underwear.
