Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

kidnapped home

When I was younger, my grandmother died and left me some

money. At the time, my mother, my sister, and I had no place to

live. My mother received permission from the court to use our

money to buy a house. I am now in college, in desperate need of

money, and she receives all of the rent money. I have no keys or

access to a house that I own. I feel like I'm being robbed by a very

rich woman compared to myself. What is the proper actions to take

regarding this matter?

Re: kidnapped home

I agree with Mr. Casanave. You need to have an attorney look into your case.

Re: kidnapped home

Contact a lawyer about having the court order an accounting of the money from the inheritance.
