Problem with Family Member

i moved away from LA for personal reasons. I have a sibling that is angry and is harrassing me...threatening to cause problems for me and friends. nothing legal, simply harrassment. Is there anything I can do to stop this person from contacting me and my friends? Thank you

Assuming you are now an Indiana resident, you can file for a protective order in the county in which you reside. If the person harassing you does not fall into the category of persons against whom a protective order can be issued, you would have to sue them for a private nuisance or an injunction against bothering you.
