If you are married in mass. for forty years does your husband have to pay you alimoney

For a couple that has been married for forty years, there is a very strong probability that one spouse with pay alimony to the other. Depending upon the income and assets available to the marriage, it is likely that a spouse married for 40 years will be entitled to alimony.
